The Auraria Campus offers a variety of unique event venues to meet your needs. The Auraria Campus Event Services (ACES) team can help you choose the perfect space for your next event. 

How to Reserve Event Spaces

Auraria Campus Student, Faculty, or Staff Members
Auraria Campus students, faculty, and staff familiar with the Auraria Campus can check venue availability and email aces@ahec.edu to reserve a space.

Community Members
Community members interested in reserving event spaces are encouraged to email aurariaevents@ahec.edu to discover all that the Auraria Campus has to offer. 

The ACES team will help formalize event details including room setup, audio-visual requirements ACES will also address any physical limitations of the space location, review the efficiency and functionality of space usage, and determine any furnishing or historical preservation concerns.

Event Information Sheet - Internal Events Only

Please Note that once your event information sheet has been reviewed:

  • ACES reserves the right to modify the price
  • ACES may request additional information and/or request a meeting with the event organizer(s) and/or the signature authority on the application
  • ACES may request the assistance of independent representatives from within the academic institutions to assist in reviewing event requests
  • ACES will contact the client with any updates in a timely manner
