ID Station Offers Online Photo Submission Option for Campus ID Badges

How does it work?

Begin by checking your institutional email account (i.e., johndoe@ccd.edu, johndoe@msudenver.edu, johndoe@ucdenver.edu) for an email from MultiCard with a temporary password and login

If you have not received an email through your institutional email account from MultiCard, please send an email request for an ID to IDstation@ahec.edu from your institutional email account and be sure to include your student ID number
Once you have received an email through your institutional email account with a temporary password and a login link:

Log in and you will be asked to either take your photo or upload a photo

ID Station will approve your photo

After your photo has been received and approved you will get a notification that your ID is ready.
What are the photo rules?
Submitted photos must meet several important requirements. Photos must be:

A current, color photo with a neutral-colored, smooth background and proper lighting.

A centered and front-view, full-face image with eyes open and visible (wear prescription glasses if you normally do so).

Cropped from just above the top of the head to the collarbone.
NOTE: Do not wear hats, bandanas, face masks, face shields or coverings, sunglasses, or other items that obscure the face. Photos must NOT contain excessive glare or shadow, other visible people, distracting objects, or inappropriate expressions. All photos are subject to approval.
Encoding your card for building access
Work with your supervisor to have your ID encoded for access to approved buildings or rooms.
Replacement Cards

$24 if lost or stolen

$12 if the original is damaged, your name has changed, or you are transferring institutions (you must turn in your original card)
