Only full price adult tickets are available online. To purchase discounted tickets please call or go to the box office in person. Tickets are not available online the day of the performance. To purchase tickets the day of the show, please call or come down to the Box Office in person. Also see policies below.>

Monday-Friday 9am - 4pm. You may also call us at 303/556-2296 (box office)
On the night of show: We are open one and a half hours before performance time and 30 minutes after the performance begins for ticketed shows..

Policies:

Student Tickets Purchased Online
Discounted student tickets are available online. To pick-up discounted tickets a current ID (with valid current semester sticker for Auraria students) must be presented at the time of pick up.

ID's
Must be presented in order to pick up tickets.
Credit card and check purchases require valid ID's
For all events you must have a current student, faculty, staff or drivers licence / state ID in order to receive the appropriate discounted rate.

Purchases
If you plan on paying by credit card or check please be prepared to give your billing address and telephone number.

Refunds
We do not give refunds however exchanges are able to be made. See "Exchanges" below.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for the same performance, but not after one (1) hour prior to show for which the ticket was issued.

Suggestions:
To avoid lines please arrive early.
Purchasing tickets in advance helps to save time the night of the performance.
If you have tickets in will-call you may pick them up during normal business hours, or before the show (see "Hours" above).
If you received a voucher from one of the schools, please call or go to the box office to reserve a ticket. Upon arrival to the box office please have it ready and filled out. Please exchange vouchers for actual tickets at the box office.
