
The AEC Administration Office's primary customers are the Auraria Campus institutions. This includes both direct support for their events as well as events that the institutions may host for off-campus clients. The Office operates on a priority scheduling system for both the Event Center and the Auraria Fields. Other areas are first come, first served.
The AEC staff also works on facility issues regarding maintenance and repair
of both facility and some specific equipment within their responsibility.
This too is a cooperative effort between Auraria and the other departments
housed in the facility.
