Submit a Work Order Request
There are a variety of ways to submit a work order request:
- Online
Please Note: Work order requests that require approvals (i.e., charge-back work orders and key requests) may not be submitted through the online work order system - Call 303-556-3260, Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Stop by the Facilities Management Office | 1156 7th Street
The online work order system is provided for the convenience of faculty and staff on the Auraria Campus to submit and track requests for non-emergency maintenance, repairs, and/or assistance from Facilities Management.
The online work order system allows you to:
- Receive automated email updates
- Track the progress of your work order
- Provide direct feedback to the Trades Director about the work performed

Work Order Survey
Every fifth online work order submitted will receive a follow-up work order survey once the work is completed. The information submitted through the survey is confidential and is used internally to improve customer service.
