Auraria Campus Event Services (ACES) schedules all non-class special events that take place on the Auraria Campus. ACES schedules the event facilities; provides event coordination and planning; audio visual rental, set up, and support; and event management for the historic Tivoli, St. Cajetan’s, St. Francis, the Auraria Event Center, Auraria Campus common and outdoor areas, and available classrooms. The Auraria Campus has a broad range of venues that can accommodate a diverse variety of events including weddings, banquets, receptions, conferences, lectures, festivals, awareness events, information tables and more.
Our staff is here to help make your event a success. Initially, we will help you find the right facility for your event, take you on a tour, and review our policies and procedures. We will recommend and formalize the room set-up and audio visual requirements based on your needs, the physical limitations of the room, location of the room, efficiency & functionality of usage, available furnishings, historic preservation concerns, and with consideration of adjacent activities. On the day of your event, we will set up the facility to your specifications and provide event management throughout your event. Please call us to arrange for a tour or to make a reservation.
