The Auraria Campus Police Department is a dedicated, full-service police department, operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The Auraria Campus is a dynamic academic environment conveniently located in downtown Denver that is shared by three separate and distinct institutions of higher learning – Community College of Denver (CCD), Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU Denver), University of Colorado Denver (CU Denver). The campus is easily accessible by public transportation and major highways and the campus boasts the onsite 5-star Colorado rated Auraria Early Learning Center and the Tivoli Student Union. The collective student population is nearly 42,000, with approximately 5,000 faculty and staff.
