Definition of rates:
On-Campus - organizations that are part of the campus family. Commercial - any organization without a non-profit status and is designed to make a profit.
Non-Profit - any organization that is registered with the Secretary of State in Colorado with a Not-for-Profit permit.
Non-Profit Educational - any organization that is Non-Profit that is involved with the Performing Arts programs education.
